No Noodle Eggplant Lasagna

Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 Medium Eggplant, sliced thin 1 (15oz) Part Skim Ricotta Cheese8 oz Cottage cheese, 1%1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milkEgg, fresh, 2 large24 oz Jar of Classico Traditional Sweet Basil Marinara Sauce1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
Directions
1. Preheat over to 425
2. In medium bowl combine marinara sauce, and cooked ground beef. Mix well.
3. In another medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and eggs.
4. In 9"x13" baking dish, spread 1 1/2 cup meat sauce. Place one layer of eggplant slices over sauce over sauce. spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture over eggplant slices. Top with 1/3 meat sauce. Repeat layering once. Top with remaining meat sauce.
5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
6. Wrap lasagna tight with double layer of foil and bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
