Spicy shrimp and veggies over baby spinach

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil1/3 lb. raw shrimp1 cup broccolicelery stalk, slicedgreen pepper, sliced 1/4 cup2 garlic cloves, minced2 T. red onion, chopped1/4 cup white zinfandel1 cup baby spinach
Directions
heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet; add garlic and onion until soft. Add shrimp with 1 teaspoon red chli flakes (or less depending on your taste). Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are cooked. Remove from skillet and add celery, pepper and broccoli. Saute 1-2 minutes and add wine to steam/soften vegetables. Return shrimp to pan and add tomatoes- heat through. Serve over bed of baby spinach!
