Broccoli Cheddar Mini Quiche

Ingredients
1 cup chopped broccoli50 grams shredded cheddar cheese old2 cups egg whites
Directions
Steam or saute finely chopped broccoli.
Divide into muffin tin
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of broccoli
Pour egg whites over broccoli and cheese
Season as desired
Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins
