Mini burger patties - low sodium

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef lean 93/72 tbsp shredded onion1 tsp garlic minced1 tbsp parsley flakes1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Directions
This will give you 7 hamburger patties

Mix all ingredients and make 7 small patties very thin. Cook them medium so they are somewhat juicy. They are low calories, enough to make you satisfied and you add some tomatoes and a little mayonaise in a thin wheat bun. Lose weight and enjoy mini hamburgers at the same time I say!
