Low cal Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 packages Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix8 oz Light Maynaise1 10oz. pkg. frozen Spinach, chopped and squeezed 1 8 oz can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped16 oz Dannon Nonfat Plain Yogurt
Directions
Thaw and drain Frozen spinach. Squeeze it to remove excess water and chop it finely. Drain Water Chestnuts and chop finely. In a large bowl, place the chopped chestnuts, chopped spinach, add the Knorr veg. mix, 1 cup of Maynaise, 2 cups Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Mix well to combine. Refrigerat atleast 4 to 6 hour or over night to blend flavors. Mix again before serving.
