Velveeta Cheese Product, 8 oz Flour 4 TbspMilk, 2%, 2 cup Butter, salted, 4 Tbsp Chili powder, 2 tspPaparika, 1 tsp Dry Mustard, 0.5 tspGarlic powder, 1 tbsp
Cook butter and flour over low heat 1 minute in a double boiler or heavy pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Store in refrigerator. Warm before using. You can add your favorite peppers for an added zing, my family prefers it without.
Makes about 12 1/4 cup servings.
