Great Northern Beans, 1.5 cup, drained and pureedDelallo artichoke hearts quartered and marinated, 1 small jar, drainedSpinach, fresh, 2 cups, choppedminced Garlic, 2 tsp low fat cream cheese, 1 serving western family parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp basil1 med Tomato - chopped
Blend all but tomatoes in a blender. pour into a small pre-sprayed casserole dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Put chopped tomatoes on top and serve with celery and homemade crackers. Yum!
