* *Jillian Michael's Pure Whey Protein powder (vanilla), 2 serving (remove) * *Flour, white, 0.75 cup (remove) * Salt, 0.75 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * *Splenda, 3 tsp (remove) * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.75 cup * Egg white, 4 serving * *Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree, 1 cup * Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) * Pecans, 0.5 cup, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2. In a large bowl, stir together protein powder, flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar. Add oil, applesauce, eggs, egg whites, pumpkin and water; stir well. Fold in walnuts. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of each muffin comes out clean.
Makes 12 full size muffins!
