Quorn Bolognese

Ingredients
150g Quorn Mince1 Medium Onion125g Mushrooms0.5 Red Pepper1 tsp olive Oil400g canned Tomatoes1 tbsp Tomato KetchupDried Basil
Directions
Chop onion, pepper and mushrooms.
Fry in oil for a few minutes until beginning to soften.
Add Canned tomatoes, quorn, ketchup and herbs.
Add a little water if mixture seems too dry.
Cover and cook for 15 mins.
Makes 2 large portions.
Serve with wholewheat Spaghetti.
