Shrimp & Chicken Stir Fri

Ingredients
Shrimp Nautilus Atlantic, 4.7 oz red bell pepper, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Orange Chicken (Hart), 1 serving *Bean sprouts, 1 cup Baby Carrots, 4 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Olive Oil Natural Idel Extre Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
1) Cut up all veggies.
2) Thraw shrimp & remove tails
3) Measure out 1 serving of the Orange Chicken. It comes frozen as a meal and looks like popcorn chicken. It has a packet of sauce with it.
4) Heat up oil in a skillit and add vggies & chicken, cook 1/2 way.
5) when 1/2 way cooked add shrimp and cook the rest of the way. You can add a little water to make a little juice with it.

This makes 5 1- cup servings. A good healthy meal.
