Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 tsp Olive Oil 1/2 yellow bell pepper1/2 orange bell pepper1/2 red bell pepper1/2 green bell pepperLow Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 0.5 cupCampbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cupbalsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon1 clove of garlic, minced1 tbsp tony chacheres1 tsp parsleyWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspShrimp, cooked, 12 large
Directions
1. Heat 1.5 tsp of olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Slice peppers and saute until limp.
3. Add can of cream of mushroom, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar and seasonings.
4. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to low and cover.
5. In large pot, boil pasta as directed.
6. In a small skillet, add 1.5 tsp of olive oil and saute shrimp.
7. Plate 1 cup of pasta, add 1/4 cup of sauce and top with 4 shrimp.
8. Enjoy!
