Pizza Crust¾ tsp salt4 cups Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 2 tsp active dry yeast1 3/8 cup water3 Tbl olive oilTopping4 fresh tomatoes, choppedItalian seasoning6 oz grated Parmesan cheese 6 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
Crust:
Measure all ingredients and add to bread machine pan as directed in your manual. Process on pizza dough cycle. When finished pat onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Add desired topping.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 24 servings.
