Ingredients
Eggplant, 50 gramsRed Ripe Tomatoes, 50 gramsCheddar Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) Olive Oil, 1 1tspOregano, ground, 2 gramsBread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 sliceSalt, 5 gramsPepper, black, 5 grams
Directions
Marinate all the vegetables using olive oil and organo and grill it to well done.
Arrange them nicely on a slice of bread and top it with other piece of slice.
