Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup *Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 2 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped *Hormel Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp *Sunkist Almond Accents Ranch Style, 4 tbsp Kraft, Light Done Right Salad Dressing, Roka Blue Cheese, 1 Tbspn
Dice onions. IN medium bowl,combine with hands all incredients except the ranch almonds. Combine until the cheeses "marry". Then shape into a log and press, the almonds into the log. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate. Can be eaten in 30 minutes, but the flavor intesifies the next day. Makes 16 1/4 inch servings.
