Sauted Vegetable Pizza (whole wheat crust)

Ingredients
*homemade whole wheat flax seed pizza crust, 8 serving (SP recipe by CYNTH873)*Marinara Sauce, Homemade , 1 cup Eggplant, fresh, .5 cup, cubes Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz *weight watcher mexican shredded cheese 1/3c, 2 serving
Directions
Prepare crust per recipe instructions (submitted by CYNTH873). Saute chopped eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and onions, over medium heat until desired tenderness (about 5 mins). TOp pizza crust with sauce, sauted vegetables, fresh chopped spinach. Sprinkle w/ Italian seasonings. Then top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Cool for a couple minutes before slicing. Eat slowly and enjoy!
