1 cup Leftover veggies: I used carrots, onion, squash, broccoli1.5 cup Leftover chopped beef: I used top round sirloinSeasoning: I used soy sauce because the rice I used was leftover rice from a chicken fried rice recipe.1.5 cup Leftover rice4 cup Beef Broth1 Beef Bouillon cube4 cups water
Take all your leftover veggies and beef, cut everything into small slices and throw into some broth. Cook for a 1/2 hour to make sure it's tender.
