Chicken & Vegetable Yakisoba

Ingredients
Chicken breast, no skin, Broccoli, onion, celery, carrots, sweet red pepper, mushrooms, yakisoba noodles, water, and seasoning packet, teriyaki sauce.
Directions
Heat fry pan or wok to high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the raw diced/sliced chicken breast. Stir fry till just done, and remove from pan. Drain pan of juices and add another 2 Tbl. of olive oil and vegetables, stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cooked chicken, yakisoba noodles, seasoning packet, and water (prepare and measure according to yakisoba package directions), and heat through for a minute or two.

Serve with teriyaki sauce if desired.
