1 cup plain, lowfat yogurt1/2 cup skim milk3-4 teaspoons Splenda3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Directions
makes 1 12 oz. serving

Place ingredients in blender (or in plastic cup and use hand blender). Blend for 60-90 seconds. Try it with a straw!
