Meatless Chili

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 3 tbspGarlic, 2 clovesCanned black beans, 3.5 cupCanned Kidney Beans, 3.5 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp Canned green chilies, 8 tbsp
Directions
Cook and stir peppers, onions, and garlic in a large saucepan.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low.

Simmer for 30 min, stirring occasionally.
