Directions
Cook the eggs, and sausage. Mix them together in a large bowl with the cheese. Warm up the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Put an equal amount of the mixture on each burrito. Top with a tablespoon of salsa.

To save on fat use low fat cheese, a low fat sausage and egg beaters.

Makes 10 small burritos.
