Ingredients
1 pound dried beans1 onion3 celery stalkssalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Add water, 2 inches above beans. Bring to a boil. Add chopped onion, celery. Simmer 2 hours until beans tender. Season.
