1 cup Chicken Breast, cooked, cubed2 TBS Pace Picante Sauce, Hot1 to 2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded 1 clove Garlic, minced2 TBS chopped onion1 16-oz can refried beans1/2 tsp cumin, ground1 TBS Cilantro, fresh, chopped1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese10 flour Tumaro's 96% fat free Salsa Low Carb Tortillas1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1) Cook 1 cup of chicken breast and cut into cubes.
2) Place all ingredients except the last 4 ounces of Cheddar cheese into a food processor and process until smooth.
3) Spoon mixture onto 10 flour tortillas and spread evenly.
4) Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
5) Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining half cup of cheddar cheese and let stand until cheese is melted.
6) Serve with Pace Picante or salsa and sour cream, if desired (not counted in nutrition).
