Green Curried Lentils

1 cup Carrots1.25 cup onions2 cup lentils1 tbsp green curry paste2 tbsp fish oil1.5 cups coconut milk1 cup frozen peas1 package frozen spinach1 cup green bell pepper
Directions
cook lentils, saute vegetables, add milk and curry and simmer 35 min.
