Quick Pizza Margherita

1 Boboli Large Thin Pizza Crust1 tsp olive oil, divided1 garlic clove minced5 cherry tomatoes1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese1 tsp balsalmic vinegar1/2 cup thinly sliced basil (or 1 tsp dried)1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Brush crust with 1/2 tsp olive oil and sprinkle garlic evenly across the top.
Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
Combine remaining olive oil and balsalmic vinegar, stirring with a whisk. Sprinkle pizza evenly with sliced basil, salt, pepper and then drizzle oil/vinegar mix. Cut pizza into 8 slices ... two pieces is one serving. Serves four.
