7 baby carrot1/2 med onion2 stalks celery1 red pepper1 clove of garic2 tbsp olive oilground gingershitake mushroom and seaseme vinagrette1 breast of chicken
cut chicken into bite size pieces, put in small bowl with vinagrette & ground ginger
in a large skillet/wok,
heat olive oil, add chopped garlic cook for 2 min med heat. add chopped onion, cook for 2 min, add the rest of vegtables and saute' until veggies are almost cooked Add chicken with the vinagrette and saute with veggies until done. add salt as desired
Serve with brown rice,
