Cracker Drop Cookies

Ingredients
2 c. sugar2/3 c. milk30 Nabisco Whole Grain saltine crackers7 Tbsp. Jif Peanut Butter1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Bring milk and sugar to boil and boil 3 minutes (for high-humidity areas... you will need to adjust based on your climate and elevation). Remove from heat and stir in CRUSHED crackers, peanut butter, and vanilla. Drop spoonfuls onto aluminum foil and allow to harden (5-30 minutes depending on the weather). YUM!
