Ingredients
ground turkey (93% lean) Beans-variety, Canned tomatoes (NSA) Chicken broth (NSA), Chili powder, Onions, Garlic, Water
Directions
Brown lean ground turkey in a skillet, add garlic and chili powder. In a med to large crockpot, combine other ingredients-beans (drained) tomatoes(undrained) chicken broth, onions, and water. Add meat, stir, and cover.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
Garnish with shredded lowfat cheese, onions, and sour cream. makes 10 to 12 one cup servings.
