Unbeatable Mexican Chicken Dip

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast1 onion, quartered2 green peppers, quartered2 garlic cloves, chopped1 1/2 tbsp Ground cumin1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepperDash of tobasco or other hot sauce1 can diced green chiles2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese8 oz. cream cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the cheeses in a shallow casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from oven. In small quantities, pulse chicken mixture in a food processor until crumbly. Put the chicken mixture back in the casserole dish and add both of the cheeses. Return to the oven for 20-25 minutes. Stir and serve hot with tortilla chips. Makes approx 12 1/2-cup servings.
