300 grams Turkey (shredded leftover or chicken works too)1 Canned tomatoes (low sodium with parsley3 T chopped onion1 garlic cloveCilantroHomemade taco seasoning (1 tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. each ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika, powdered oregano and stevia or no calories sweetener1/2 tsp. saltMix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Makes 3 tablespoons of seasoning mix, which is equal in strength to a 1/4 ounce package of commercial seasoning mix)
Heat the turkey in the bottom of a small pot, to release some of the juices. Add in the chopped onion and garlic and down them together. Then pour the entire contents of the canned tomatoes into the pot. Chop the celery and add in.
Pour in between 3-6 cups of water, depending on how thick you like it.
Season it with salt and pepper and a bit of cilantro.
