HL-Marvelous Muffins with Craisins

Ingredients
3/4 c Whole Wheat Flour3/4 c All-Bran Cereal1/2 c. Oats10 tsp (1/4 c) Splenda1/2 tsp Baking Powder12 tsp (4 scoops) Herbalife Vanilla F11 cup water2 egg whites (or equivalent "Just Whites")1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup splenda1/2 cup craisins
Directions
Mix well first 6 dry ingredients then add the water, egg whites, additional (1/2 cup) splenda, and applesauce. Gently fold in craisins. Mix very well. Drop in to muffin papers and drop in to muffin papers.

Bake at 400 for approx 15 minutes, unless using mini-muffins - then decrease temp to 350 and time to 12 minutes.

Makes 6 large muffins or 12 regular muffins or 24 mini-muffins.

1 Large, 2 small or 4 mini-muffins = 1 meal replacement. Each batch makes 6 meals.
