Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
4T Butter1 1/2 Packages whole wheat egg noodles1/2 onion chopped2 cloves garlic minced3 stalks celery chopped1c milk1c broth2 cans of tuna in water, drained1c frozen peas, thawed3T panko bread crumbs10 seasoned croutons, crushed
Directions
Boil water and cook noodles for directed time.
Melt 1T butter. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook until tender.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove onion/ celery mixture & set aside.
Melt 3T butter. Add flour & mix until well combined.
Slowly add milk & broth, stirring constantly. Stir on med heat until thick. Stir in sauteed veggies, peas and noodles. Pour half of mixture into large casserole dish. Put half of cheese on top. Pour remaining half in as well. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and croutons. Bake for 25 min.
