2 cups boneless cooked, cubed chicken breats1/2 cup no fat sour cream1 cup mushrooms 1 cup no fat milk1 Tbsp low sodium soya sauce1 Tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp garlic powder2 heads broccoli, par-boiled2 Tbsp butter1/2 bread crumbs1/4 cup parmesan cheese
For mushroom soup, saute onion, mushrooms and garlice with a bit of water in frypan. Add milk and simmer 5-10 mins.
Mix up chicken, sour cream, soy sauce & lemon juice. Add soup to mixture. Pour mixture over par-boiled broccoli layered in pan.
Melt butter & blend in parmesan and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
Cover dish with wax paper. Nuke on high for 14 minutes or until heated through.
Can be served over whole wheat rice.
