Whole Wheat Tortilla, 2 serving *Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 2.5 servingAvocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove)Hummus, .25 cup Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds
Wrap the tortillas in a damp towl and place in the micrwave to soften.
In a bowl, combine the tuna, avocado and tomato. Spread a spoonful of hummus on each of the tortillas then top with the tuna mixture. Roll up each tortilla, cut them in half, and serve with a lemon wedge.
