Ingredients
*chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)x-Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 tbsp chopped (remove)Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 0.15 tsp (remove)Quaker Quick Oats, 20 gram (remove)Egg Whites (Naturegg), 0.29 cup (remove)Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Powder - 5 gm = 1 rounded tsp, 1 tsp (remove)*Cheese product, grated parmesan, Compliments, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 0.3 dash (remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients and bake @ 450 for 12 minutes

make sure to form into 32 1" meatballs

serving is 4 1" meatballs
