Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast, no skin4 eggs1 cup frozen peas2 cups chopped carrots4 cups swanson chicken broth1/4 soy sauce1/2 cup chopped onions2 cups brown rice, not cooked
Directions
Boil the chicken broth, and then add the soy sauce1/4 cup of the onions and the rice.

While the rice is simmering, cut-up and cook the chicken in a frying pan. Remember to spray the pan with Pam cooking spray. When the chicken is no longer pink, add the chopped carrots. When finished, set aside.

Scramble the eggs in another pan.

When the rice is done, add the peas and cook for about 5 minutes more, or until the peas are cooked through. Then add the scrambled eggs, carrots, chicken and onions.

Serve adn enjoy!
