Low Carb BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup onions3 cloves garlic3 tb butter2 c tomato sauce1 c white wine vinegar1 c apple cider vinegar4 tb (1/4 c) Worcestershire sauce4 tsp yellow mustard1/2 tsp cayenne
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in butter until just starting to brown.

Add tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Cayenne is optional.

Blend with a stick blender or in a blender/food processor until smooth.

Simmer for at least half an hour.

Flavor is best after at least a day or letting the flavors blend.
