Chicken Enchiladas-Lowfat

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Cilantro, snipped1 lb chicken breasts cooked and shredded1 can 98% FF Cream of Chicken Soup1 pkg WW Mexican Cheese1 cup Great Value Light Sour Cream1 4 oz can chopped green chilis, undrained1 1/8 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin12 Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Snip Cilantro. combine cilantro, chicken, soup, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, sour cream, chilis, 1 tsp chili powder and cumin. Mix well. Spray 9" square baker with cooking spray. Fill Tortillas with mixture and arrange in pan with seam side of the tortilla down. Top with remaining mixture and rest of chili powder and cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Makes 6 servings
