banana muffins sugar and fat free

Ingredients
1 cup mashed bananas1 large egg1 tsp of vanilla extract1 cup splenda1 cup skim milk2 cups of whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place flour, splenda in one bowl.
Put mashed bananas, milk, egg, and vanilla in another mix then add in the dry ingredients.

this will make 12 reg muffins.
bake for 30 minutes
