Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 can of Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin2 cups Quaker oatmeal2 cups 1% Milk1 TBS vanilla extractpumpkin pie spicecinnamon
Directions
Put milk, canned pumpkin,and vanilla extract in large pot and heat on med high until boiling ( around 10 min). Add oatmeal, brown sugar and spices and stir until well mixed. Cover pot and turn heat to low and let simmer for 25 min. Makes 4 1 cup servings. I like to add some crushed almonds to it when its done for added protein.( I did NOT include the almonds in the recipe). I make this batch early in the week and then just heat in microwave throughout the week for an easy breakfast.
