Fish Enchiladas

small onion, choppedolive oil, 2 tbsp8 oz fresh cod, chopped into 1/2 inch cubeschili powder, 1/2 tspPhiladelphia Cooking Creme Cheese, 5 ozAlbertson's (or your local grocer brand) enchilada sauce,1/4 cMission Carb Balance Flour tortillas, 6Salsa, 1/4 ccheddar (or your favorite) shredded cheese, 1/4 c
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil; sautee onions.
Add fish and chili powder, cooking through. Add Cooking Creme Cheese until it has melted.
Prepare pan for enchiladas w/ cooking spray. Spoon fish mixture into tortillas, roll and place in pan.
Top with salsa and shredded cheese and heat in oven until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
