Hot Pink- Abs Diet

Ingredients
6 oz Atlantic Salmon Filet1 1/2 Tbsp Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce1 tsp olive oil1 dash Tabasco sauce1/4 tsp Ginger1 Spring onion
Directions
On a foil lined pan, place fish in top oven rack under preheated broiler. Broil 2-4 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Mix soy sauce, oil, hot sauce, ginger, onion in a small microwave bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Remove fish from oven. Transfer to a plate, then pour heated soy mixture over fish.
Makes two servings.
