Chewy Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

2 Tablespoons Rum or Whiskey2/3 cup raisins8 tablespoons unsalted butter1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup unpacked brown sugar3/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 tsp salt3 tablesponns egg substitute1 egg white 1/4 cup almond breeze or substitute non fat milk2 teasponns vanilla2 cups all purpose flour2 cups oats ( not instant)
Set oven rack in middle of oven and heat oven to 350 F Line baking sheets with parchment paper or spry with nonstick spray and set aside.
Spring whiskey or rum over the raisins in a bowl and set aside.
Beat the butter, applesauce brown and granulated sugars, and salt on medium-high setting until fluffy (2 - 3 minutes) scraping the sides of the bowl once. Beat in the eggs substitute, the egg whites, almond breeze and vanilla.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda and cinnamon and add to the batter. Beat just until the flour is absorbed. Fold in the oats and raisins.
Spoon out rounded teaspoonfus onto the prepared baking shees. For small cookies bake 10 minutes and 17 - 20 minutes for large cookies.
Cool on a wire rack.
