Beef Barley stew or soup crock pot

Ingredients
10 oz Beef chuck 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.50 cup Barley, pearled, raw 4 tsp Better Than Boullion Vegetable 1 cup Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Green Beans .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.25 cup Catsup 4 tbsp Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine (by KAUAI-CAROLANN)
Directions
Turn crock pot in low, add catsup and boullion. Mix in wine (can be omitted) and blend in bottom of crock. Dice carrots, beans and onion. Add all ingredients except water, blend with wooden spoon. Add water. Sprinkle with herbs of choice. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
