Meine's Fish Tacos

FISH1 lb tilapiasaltpeper2 tbsp.olive oil1/2 jalapeno (minced)SLAW 1/4 head small red cabbat (app. 2C.)1/4 c fat free sour creamcilantrogreen onions1/2 jalapeno (minced)1 lime
MAKE THE SLAW FIRST:
1. Chop the cabbage very finely and dump into bowl. Add cilantro.
2. Mince 3 stalks of green onion and add to bowl. Add sour cream. Mine jalapeno and add half to the mixture.
3. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice onto slaw mixture.
4. Mix well and refrigerate while fish cooks.
MAKE THE FISH SECOND (while the slaw is chilling):
1. Rub the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the fish into about 16 strips. 1lb = typically 4 pieces = 4 strips per fish.
3. Put olive oil and remaining jalapeno into skillet, spread over the bottom and cook over medium high heat.
4. Add fish to skillet and cook until done, about 4 minutes on each side.
NOW:
Lay some cilantro down on a tortilla, add fish strips and smother in slaw. Enjoy!
