White Bean Chili (Vegetarian)

Ingredients
Ingredients:Beans, white, 7.5 cup (4 cans)*Green Chili Peppers, (2 cans, 4oz each) 1 cupJalapeno Peppers, 0.5 cup, (1 4oz can) chopped Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cupWhipping Cream, 1 cup, fluidSouthwestern Style Corn or Mexicorn, 11ozButter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp, to tasteGarlic, 3 tsp mincedOnions, raw, 1 large dicedreduced sodium chicken stock, 2 cup
Directions
Drain Beans.
Saute Diced Onion with garlic, pad of butter, olive oil.
Add all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

Gets better overnight.
Makes 8-10 servings.
