Ron's Low Carb Crab Cakes

1 lb Crab2 tbsp Mayo1 tbsp mustard1/2 tsp seafood seasoning1/2 tsp saltdash of garlicdash of pepper3 tbsp chia seeds1 egg4 tbsp gluten flout (add just enough to bind the crab)
add dry ingredients and then mix in egg, mayo and mustard, mix then add crab and spices. Add just enough gluten flour to bind the crab, this flour is very low in carbs, but don't use if you are have allergies to gluten. The chia seeds add a nice crunch and texture to the crab cakes. Heat your oil and fry till golden brown.
These will be very crunchy and delicious.
