Ingredients
1 tin Chic Peas, 1tsp each Ginger / Garlic Paste, 2 onions, 2tbsp 10g Mangal Chana Masala mix, 4 tomatoes or 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 2tbsp chopped corriander leaves
Directions
Chop Onions, Add ginger garlic and onions to pan. Fry in a little oil til golden. Add all spices, corriander leaves and tomatoes. Cook til dry. Chuck in the chic peas and 1 cup of water and continue heating til it goes thick. Serve with Indian Bread or rice. Add a few more chopped coriander leaves over the top so it looks good and Enjoy ..
