Fish chowder

Ingredients
North Atlantic Codfish 2 2.5 oz piecesmedium white potato peeled & cubedKirkland Stir Fry (carrots, turnips, onions, shallots, mushrooms, peppers)0.5 tblspn promise fat free margarine3 cups water
Directions
Add cod fish to 3 cups boiling water.
Add Kirkland stir fry vegetable blend leaving out broccoli, beans, snap peas.
Medium potato cubed, small cubes
Boil until fish is done.
Squeeze juice from two lemon wedges.
Stir in 0.5 tblspn promise margarine.
Let steep 60 min before serving.
Season to taste.
