Vegan Creamy Soup

2 Medium Idaho potatos3 Cloves Garlic1 Head BroccoliSeasoning to taste I use black pepper, a touch of cayenne, and paprika, but I've also used curry powder with great resuls.
Sautee Mushrooms and garlic in a pan with a few sprays of cooking spray. When the mushrooms start to soften - turn off heat.
Heat a large pot of water to boiling. Add potatos (slice to reduce cooking time), and broccoli.
Cook until soft. Remove from heat. Drain and set aside to cool.
Put mushrooms, garlic, and seasonings into blender. Once the potatos and broccoli stop steaming - add to blender.
Blend on high until smooth. Return to large pot, simmer until hot. Serve.
