1 pound extra lean ground beef'10 oz pkg frozen peas2 cups celery, sliced thin and bite size1 small onion, chopped small1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup2 T 1% milk1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 oz bag potato chips, crushed
Pre heat oven to 375. Brown meat with a little of the onion. Put meat in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Layer on peas, thawed, then celery. Mix soup, milk, rest of onion, and seasonings together. Pour over celery. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake for 30 min. til hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
